4 Bedrooms • 3 Bathrooms 3 Baths • Sleeps 6-8You can see the sea from most of this chic house, yet you're only a few steps away from local cafes and shops. On the headland between the South and the North Bay it is easy to walk to the castle, both beaches, playground, park and the Cleveland Way.
Four bedrooms, two kingsize beds and four single beds. Two sitting rooms and a large kitchen and dining area.
There is also a sheltered outdoor area at the back of the house with seating and a barbeque. When using the outdoor space we ask that you do not go down the spiral stairs, the neighbours might not appreciate this.
Unfortunately the house is not suitable for wheelchairs.
There is a stairgate provided for the safety of small children.
One of the twin rooms is on the first floor but the other bedrooms are on the second and third floor.
The ground floor level where the kitchen and dining room are situated is also up a flight of stairs from the street.
Either we or one of our friends will greet you with the key on your arrival. The beds will already be made on your arrival.
The house is situated on a quiet road near the Old Town. Overlooking the sea it is close to cliffs known for the nests of rare birds of prey, however most of the birds in the neighbourhood are Heron Gulls and Kittiwakes. These are noisy critters.
Everything in town is within walking distance. It is a 15 minute walk to the train station (although this will take longer with luggage and when you are getting your bearings). Taxi should cost £5 from the train station to the house.
There is private off-road parking space (one car) available and scratch cards for on street parking available for additional cars.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
